Hey all, I've had some inquiries about people not receiving emails being sent via our website. I've pulled a report and the 2 main culprits are:


1. Wrong email address inputted in personal profile

2. Opting out of emails


I found some people on the "not allowed" status in the report so I emailed club express and this is their response: "An email will show as "not allowed" if the member/non-member has opted out of emails in their Privacy settings. This can be changed by accessing your members profile under Profile > More Member Options > Privacy/Cancel/Remove and changing your Terms of Use and Privacy settings"


If you are not receiving emails but would like to please check these settings in your profile
