Sorry for the MIA without any notice, folks, but due to the incredible team stepping up, you probably didn't even notice I was gone. Nonetheless, since you all voted for me to be here, I wanted to give a small explanation.
My work up-ended my entire team and career overnight, without any notice or transition plan. Combined with a handful of "normal" life crises, I just needed to make time and space to cope and process, and I'm grateful to the whole board for picking up the slack and balls that I dropped.
