I have started to add tasks to the old scrum board in front of the office. Please consider grabbing one of the takes, put your name on it, and move it to the to-do column. This now belongs to you, find some help and start working on it. Move it to in progress. Done? Move it to done and crack a cold beverage of your choice. (BYOB) this way we can keep track of everything we need to do in the next week. Feel free to add anything that needs to happen in the old space to the backlog as well.
