The bandsaw is all good to go now.

I picked up a set screw kit and replaced the missing screw. It was a 1/4" NC (1/4-20). Put a dab of blue gel Loctite on with some moderate torque.

I left the set screw kit and loctite in the fab shop as a donation with the rest of the bolts..

The bandsaw has lost its set screw on the motor shaft and the key slipped out and was making a racket. I dug through the sawdust but could not find the screw.
