a collection of small boxes with a sliding lid and incorporated hinge.
i have been been making these boxes for writerly kits, a locally run writer themed subscription box service, for a few years now but I have made a few for myself as they are a really nice storage box.
on my own boxes I have been experimenting with more brightly coloured stains from saman stains.
my main aim for staining is to make these boxes easy for colour coding. My plan is to use 4 of these in a secretary box to store fasteners.
And I am making some dividers to go inside to further divide and organize the boxes.
