3D Printing

QIDI Printer #3

The hotend has been replaced. It's a brass hotend. I'm printing a Benchy right now.

Edit: Heater extruder not heating at expected rate. Will change adapter board next.

Edit 2: Successfully printed Benchy

Heater not heating at expected expected rate.

Thank you for doing that

Printer 3 is back online. I was able to flash the EMMC module and update the firmware. I printed a small PLA test file and it printed with no issues. It still needs a manual bed levelling and Z-offset change.

I have flashed the EMMC in printer 4, but I still need to update the firmware as it still won't connect to the network.

I will try to get these done in the next couple of days.

Cheers!

#3 bed has been leveled and Z-offset has been set.

Today I found a new hot end in one of the toolboxes so I installed it in #3. ( Hope that was ok ) Then I powered it up and no errors showed on the printer’s screen. I attempted to connect to it but no go. Research online suggests to check network settings, but when I pressed the network button on the printer screen, nothing would happen.

This is the same issue that printer #4, has, can’t connect to the network.

Does anyone have any suggestions on how to proceed?

Thanks,

Tim B.
