July 1st Art in the Park
Author Last Post

Thanks, Jim. For anyone available to spell us off a bit throughout the day please feel free to drop by. We would appreciate it. Andrew and I have committed to being there throughout the day. Grant has spent many hours prepping everything to make us awesome. We would value whatever support other members can give us to make it a maker kind of day!

Is there a schedule we can sign up on or do you have a time slot where you require more people. Call or text me on my cell

Cheers Jim

I'll make sure we have enough!

How many brochures do we have? We would need many. More than a thousand.

Thank you. Grant is actually creating a project for us this week, so we are set in that regard. I have the bin that carries everything we need for small sales. I will go through the rules and advise, but I think the bowls would be great! Grant is also hoping to prep the operation game, which we all know is an incredible hit. IDS is supplying the tent and tables. Again, thank you! Will fine tune over the next day or so.

I definitely can be there. Having not done any booth/event work before, in terms of items to display, do we need anything outside of the contents of the Events bin? I suppose we can discuss this week, if we want to laser cut/cnc/make anything else to have at the booth.

And in terms of potentially selling items to fundraise for the Space, would we have to submit a separate vendor application? I imagine they might frown on avoiding the rules by offering items on a "by donation" basis, I can at least bring some wooden bowls to display.

Is there anyone available to assist with July 1st in the park?

We have successfully secured a booth at Art in the Park and I am looking for many hands to assist me throughout the day. This is not my strength, but is such an important community opportunity. Okay then, some hands? Anyone? I need help please.
