Thank you, Amanda. I appreciate your willingness to be so proactive. I just want to clarify that additions to the agenda will still be welcome at the beginning of the meeting. They will not be on the printed Agenda hand out but will be included in the minutes.

Consider this a standing call for agenda items for the members meeting. My goal is to have the agenda out one week before the meeting so folks have time to think about the items presented.

Items which require board action or contain personal details should be directed to the board in confidence. this is the wide open internet out here.
