needs: Rewiring with modern cords that are less likely to crack and electrocute me should happen eventually. seems ok for now.

Quirks: Seems to have trouble switching in and out of the different stitch types, possibly becasue the inner mechanisms are gummed up or damaged.
needs: Nothing for straight stitch, cleaning and service for other functions.
