Wow that is insane. I have been working with tablesaws for almost 30 years and not seen anything this foolish. If someone needs some training or help they need to reach out as we are all willing to help.

Just a VERY friendly reminder that trimming extremely thin objects on the SawStop is a ridiculously bad idea.

I have no idea how that did not set the safety off. Please use the bandsaw if you are trying to shave a little bit off.

Additionally....

Using a square or any piece of metal as a shim is insanely dangerous. What the hell are you thinking??

To whoever pulled that stunt and then hung the square back up: Get caught doing this again and you will be forwarded to the board.
