hey yeah the website sign up is still a bit chunky but it was working!!!

It seems to be down this morning for some reason...

I am not sure what we can do as we are repourosing software meant for another purpose. Due to the nature of the inquiries I geat about the sign up system, I belive publishing names would be a disaster. It would open up bullying that is already a problem. Sign up is a usefull system for some and a problem for others. Definatly not comparable to our single most usefull tool.

If possible a calendar format would be the most intuitive viewing. Click a day then view available times. Not sure if that kind of graphical format would be beyond what's possible or easily doable.

Additionally one should be able to view who volunteered for a room. That would eliminate a lot of potential conflict and make it easy for other members to regulate each other rather than the onus being on the board.

P.S. The room booking system is the best thing to happen to the space since the laser cutter. It's so nice to be able to just get in and work when planned rather than leaving frustrated.

I have a script that can modify how we set up the room sign up pretty easily. How do people want to see this?

I have gone through and tried to clear up old dates, however, as this system was intended for volunteering it is a little clunky. The best way to see a better list is click on volunteer and it brings you to a more succinct list. The old Sign up will be removed Monday December 6th so please be sure to move reservations over to this website.

How has room sign up been working?
