I decided to try some colourful stains on these. Very bright and vibrant colours. I used Emerald Green, black and cherry red stain from Saman Stains bought from Windsor Plywood. And then clear coated using 2 coats of semi-gloss finish.
I plan to use these one of these boxes for fastener storages, with the smaller boxes holding screws, nails, bolts and tapes/glues. And the other to hold paperwork. It is my hope That this will help organize things in my life, a no doubt titanic task.
